REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

1: REFUNDS
PHYSICAL GOODS
ZucyakSa Classic Collection are embroidered and embellished, crafty, handmade products
by artisans for craft lovers and are prone to slight differences in design, color, hence may
not be able to refund your order, if the same are reasons for making a return.
We would like you to enjoy our product, created with lot of care and love for you.
Please make sure to get in touch if you have any concerns about your delivery, or the way it
was handled. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase!
It is mandatory to provide a video footage of the customer unboxing the package in cases
of defective or damaged products.
The Video Footage must be continuous without any cuts or edits.
We do not offer return and exchange unless
- A wrong order has been sent to you.
- The order has been damaged in transit

Return notice should be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.
In case of return we can provide you or we can replace with another product from the shop
as per your requirement
The product should reach us in its original condition without any damage.
The product should be returned in a well packed box so as to avoid any damage in the
transit. 
The shipping address of ZucyakSa should be clearly mentioned on the package to be
returned and in complete detail. 
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have changed your mind about your order, try and get in touch with us as soon as
possible. To cancel your full order and receive a refund, you have 2 hours after placing your order.
3.DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Digitally downloaded items, once downloaded from this site, are not eligible for refunds,
unless there is a technical issue with your file. In such a case, please get in touch with us and
we will send you a fixed version of the digital file. Please contact us at
